Fascias and soffits
To add cosmetically to your new aluminium gutters we offer a totally maintenance free, cost effective replacement for fascias and soffits made from a high performance grade UPVC.

The UPVC never needs painting, will not flake, peel or crack and has a high tolerance to sunlight, is resistant to pollution and is completely water and moisture proof.

When UPVC is fitted we will remove all existing timber Fascias and soffit, check and repair or replace any rotting beams or joists as necessary. We will not use coverboard over the top of existing timber as many companies do currently. All fascias replaced are fitted with a damp course to ensure that rainwater cannot capillary down the back of the roof tiles.

Cladding and Barage Boards
We also offer the same quality UPVC cladding and badge boards to further enhance the appearance of your home. Again, all old cladding will be removed before replacement with the new.
